With international experience  in strategic planning, PMO management, System Thinking, smart food systems, M&E, business strategy, marketing and sales management, project management and financial modeling with strong analytical skills. Mr. Ammar Alshami worked with international companies such as IBM, Boskalis, and EMAAR. He also worked with private and governmental bodies in development projects. He has also implemented more than 20 projects with international development agencies such as USAID, FCA, World Vision, Plan Interational, DAI, ACTED and many more. Mr. Ammar Worked in MENA region , USA and Europe. He focus on Green Economy, Circular Economy, sustainability, enviromental strategy , economic development and Innovation. 

Regional Sales Consultant for Training and Development 

Essam Alshami is a managerial consultant  & have more than 40 years in training professional sales people in sales skills. He was responsible of managing many car delaership in middle east. Mr. Essam focus on streamline the capacities of the organizations to beat their targets and acheive excellency in sales. Mr. Essam worked in Saudi Arabia  and Jordan. 

Consultant  serves as a Senior International Agri-food Industry Growth and Transformation Consultant in Technical Assistance (TA)  projects and private sector initiatives in Turkey and International markets.   He also acts as a Board Advisor for various agri-food 
enterprises. With over 30 years of extensive global experience in agriculture, food production, pharmaceutical, water, & healthcare industries, his expertise includes  food manufacturing operations, quality assurance, GMP, food safety, innovation management,  and product development. 

The consultant have more than 20 years experience in coordinating projects in food industry. He is an industrial engineer and have worked with Interntional development organizations such as USAID. He also worked with international food companies such as Kraft. Naji strength in FMCG supply chain and  submitting and following up development and industrial tenders. 

Ahmad Alshami is co founder of eFRESCO and CTO of e-FRESCO consulting and e-FRESCO food systems. Mr. Ahmad experience is in providing fourth industrial revolution to large interprises in hospitality, FMCG, smart food systems, and large industrial and commercial complexes. He masters IT infrastructures, IT servives and support, manage software development , Manage IT governance and serveres using several tools such as ITIL, Oracle, Azure, Amazon. Mr. Ahmad is equipped with advanced IT certificates with intesive internaitonal  hand on experience of more than 20 years. 

Khalil AlKukhun is Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Auditor, Consultant and Trainer with over 20 years of experience in regional markets. He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences and Management and is a certified lead auditor for multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 17020, ISO 17065, and ISO 17025. Khalil has a proven track record in risk management, auditing, and environmental impact assessments across various industries such as construction, chemicals, food, and cosmetics.
 His expertise extends to delivering training on management systems and conducting comprehensive environmental audits. 

Eng. Sujud Al-Balawneh is a highly experienced professional in packaging solutions, with over 
19 years of expertise spanning consultation, development, and training across multiple industries, 
particularly the food sector. As the Founder and CEO of Supportive for Packaging Solutions, she 
has driven impactful projects that enhance sustainability, optimize packaging designs, and ensure 
compliance with international standards.

Nour Jarrar is the CEO of UniFreighter and a qualified consultant with experience of around 13 years in the international logistics and shipping field,.
